プロフィール

I am currently an associate professor at  the Hitotsubashi University Business School. Before joining Hitotsubashi University, I have been worked at the Central University of Finance and Economics (Beijing, China, as an associate professor in 2017-2023), Cornell University (Ithaca, US, as a visiting research fellow in 2022), Tibet University (Visiting Professor, 2021), Rutgers University (Part-time Lecturer, 2020), the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong SAR, China, as a PhD student and research assistant in 2013-2017). My research focuses on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace in the digital era, promoting the employment and inclusion of disadvantaged groups such as the health-disadvantaged, female, older workers, from the perspectives of organizational behavior and human resource management.
